Impozitarea veniturilor din chirii

Veniturile din chirii, in suma mai mica de 2.300 YTL pe an, sunt exceptate de la impozitare (cuantum pentru 2007). Pentru a evita penalizarile, declarati veniturile din inchiriere la Administratia Fiscala, intre 1 si 25 Martie ale anului urmator. Plata impozitului se face in doua transe egale in lunile Martie si Iunie ale anului urmator. Se percepe o taxa pe venituri din vanzare, in cazul in care vindeti proprietatea in mai putin de cinci ani de la achizitionare. In toate aceste situatii va recomandam sa contatati un jurist sau o firma de consultanta pentru asistenta specializata.
